Completed acquisition and merger of National Drilling Company (NDC), National Petroleum Technology (NPT), and Amarest with NOWMCO.

  • Established new holding company National Petroleum Services (NPS) and integrated NDC, NPT, Amarest with NOWMCO into NPS. Wielded fiscal responsibility of NPS with more than 500 employees

 

National Oil Well Maintenance Company – Al Khobar, KSA

  • Started with pressure pumping and developed other well construction & Intervention services

  • Started servicing 1 Rig for Saudi ARAMCO with 10 employees

  • Recruited qualified staff, purchased & built new equipment locally

  • Built operation base infrastructure & facilities on 46 Acres

  • Expanded to 36 Rig operation over 10 years with 200 employee

Ranked among the top 3 from a group of 36 engineers in 12 training disciplines over a period of 8 months in accelerated EIT program. Worked as Field Engineer in Duncan Field Camp in well construction, well intervention and production stimulation departments.
